Baney Brew ("we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of all our users and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This law applies to online services that collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Because Baney Brew is a social network focused on beer enthusiasts and breweries, our Service is intended only for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 13 years old.

1. No Use by Children Under 13

  • Children under 13 are not permitted to create an account, use the Service, or submit personal information.
  • If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

2. Parental Notification

If you believe that a child under 13 has created an account on Baney Brew or provided personal information, please contact us immediately at:

We will investigate and take action to remove the account and data.

3. Legal Drinking Age Compliance

In addition to COPPA requirements, Baney Brew requires all users to be of legal drinking age in their respective jurisdiction. During account creation, we may request birthdate and/or use age verification tools to ensure compliance.
